Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles

Description:
Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles are a quick, indulgent dinner that feels restaurant-worthy but comes together in minutes. Tender slices of juicy sirloin steak are seared in rich garlic butter, then tossed with silky linguine in a creamy Parmesan sauce. It’s bold, comforting, and perfect for busy nights when you want big flavor fast.

Preparation Method:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, season the sirloin steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt.

Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side (or until cooked to your desired doneness).

Remove from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and gently simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Stir in the grated Parmesan until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.

Top with the sliced steak, gently mix, and heat for another minute.

Serve hot, with extra Parmesan and black pepper if desired.

Ready in under 30 minutes, this dish is pure comfort with a gourmet twist.
