
Ingredients:
- 500g minced pork
- 2 potatoes
- 200g mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 small can liver spread
- 1 bell pepper
- bay leaves
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tomatoes
- ⅓ cup dried raisins
- 1 jumbo hotdog
- 10g tomato ketchup
- ⅛ cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- ground black pepper
- cooking oil
Methods:
Pan fry the hotdog and bell pepper. Remove from pan.
Pan-fry the potatoes until half cooked, add mixed frozen vegetables. Stir-fry until soft. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, add a little oil. Saute the garlic until light brown, Saute the onion until translucent. Add tomatoes, saute until soft. Add bay leaves, saute for a minute.
Add the minced pork, saute until brown. Add soy sauce and pepper, saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato ketchup and liver spread, stir fry until absorbed. Add vinegar, let it simmer for a minute, don’t stir.
One minute later, stir then add the raisins and cooked mixed vegetables with hotdog. Stir-fry for a few minutes until well incorporated.
