
Ingredients:
12 large prawns, peeled (keep heads and shells for flavor)
100g butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
15ml lemon juice
15ml olive oil
2.5ml salt
2.5ml black pepper
Pinch Espelette pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare garlic butter: Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Espelette pepper.
- Prepare prawns: Devein prawns, drizzle with olive oil.
- Grill prawns: Cook on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Baste with garlic butter while cooking.
- Serve: Sprinkle with melted butter. Serve with lemon wedges and salad or flavoured rice.
