
Ingredients:
1 package ravioli (fresh or frozen)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add asparagus and cook for 4-5 minutes, until tender.
Add cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until tomatoes soften.
Toss cooked ravioli into the skillet and stir to combine.
Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, if desired.
