Wet chocolate cake with strawberry filling and condensed milk


An irresistible, juicy dessert with a creamy filling that will make you sigh!

Ingredients

For the cake:
• 3 flour cups
• 1 cup of cocoa powder
• 2 CDTA. of soda bicarbonate
• ½ cdta. salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 ½ cup of oil
• 1 ½ cup of buttermilk (1 ½ cup of whole milk + 2 lemons juice)
• 2 CDTA. vanilla essence
• 2 ½ cups of sugar

For filling:
• 100 g of butter
• 2 cans of condensed milk
• 150 g of powdered milk
• 200 g of chopped strawberries

Preparación

1️⃣ Preheat and prepare the mold:
• Preheat the oven at 350 ° F (180 ° C).
• Gate a mold and place butter paper in the background, flour the sides.

2️⃣ Prepare buttermilk:
• Mix milk with lemon juice and let 15 min stand.

3️⃣ Prepare the dough:
• School flour, bicarbonate, salt and cocoa powder. Booking.
• In another bowl, mix the eggs, oil, buttermilk and vanilla.
• Add the dry ingredients to two parts, mixing with enveloping movements.
• Add the sugar and mix until it integrates well.

4️⃣ Bake:
• Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 25 min or until a stick comes out clean.
• Let 10 min cool in the mold and then on a rack.

For filling:

1️⃣ Dry the butter in a pot. Add condensed milk and powdered milk.
2️⃣ Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture and add the chopped strawberries.

Armed and decoration:

1️⃣ Cut the cake into two or three layers.
2️⃣ Fill with the mixture of strawberries and condensed milk.
3️⃣ Cover with melted chocolate and decorate to taste.
