Peanut Butter Filling:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tablespoon vegetable shortening or coconut oil (for smooth melting)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling
In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until a soft, moldable dough forms.

  3. Chill

  4. Melt the chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the shortening in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
