1 chicken breast, sliced

8–10 shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 cups cooked white rice

1 cup broccoli florets

Β½ cup sliced mushrooms

ΒΌ cup sliced onions

ΒΌ cup yellow bell pepper slices

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional: light soy sauce or chicken broth splash

1. Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and sautΓ© until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Return chicken and shrimp to the skillet.
