Spicy Shrimp with Tasty Sauce


Ingredients:

  • 500g peeled prawns
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • The juice of a lemon

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with soy sauce, paprika, garlic, ginger and pepper.
  2. Add the honey and lemon juice, then mix well to coat the shrimp from all the marinade. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until pink and opaque.
  5. Serve hot, with rice or stir-fry vegetables.
