
Ingredients:
- 500g peeled prawns
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- The juice of a lemon
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with soy sauce, paprika, garlic, ginger and pepper.
- Add the honey and lemon juice, then mix well to coat the shrimp from all the marinade. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until pink and opaque.
- Serve hot, with rice or stir-fry vegetables.
