How To Prepare Cheesy Chicken Bacon Melt Sliders

Ingredients:

12 slider buns or dinner rolls

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped bacon, cheese, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Assemble the Sliders: Slice slider buns in half horizontally (keep tops and bottoms connected). Place bottom halves in the baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly, then top with the bun tops.

Add Topping: Brush melted butter over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with parsley if you like.

Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.

Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm. Perfect for game day or family night!
