How To Prepare Cheese Fluff

Light, creamy, and ultra-flavorful—perfect as a keto dip or spread.

Prep Time: 10 minutes (+ chill time)

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Colby Jack)

½ cup heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika (optional)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Whip the Cream

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Set aside.

  1. Make the Cheese Base

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

Mix in shredded cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  1. Fold & Fluff

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture until light and airy.

  1. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and texture to set.

Serving Ideas

Dip for celery, cucumber, bell peppers, or radishes

Spread on keto crackers or chaffles

Dollop onto burgers, grilled chicken, or steak

Use as a filling for stuffed mushrooms or peppers
