Cheesecake Crescent Rolls Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation:

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Prepare the cheesecake filling: In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the casserole: Unroll one can of crescent dough and lay it flat in the bottom of the baking dish. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the dough. Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it on top, pressing the edges to seal.

Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

Serve: Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
