Ingredients:
- 90 g instant caramel or butterscotch pudding mix
- 450 ml very cold milk
- 250 ml fresh cream (heavy whipping cream)
- 1–2 packets caramel biscuits (such as Tennis biscuits or any caramel-flavored cookies)
Preparation Method:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the instant caramel pudding mix with the cold milk until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and lump-free.
- In a separate bowl, whip the fresh cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the caramel pudding mixture using a spatula until well combined and fluffy.
- Arrange a single layer of caramel biscuits at the bottom of a rectangular or square dish.
- Spread a generous layer of the caramel cream mixture over the biscuits.
- Repeat the layering process (biscuits, then caramel cream) until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of caramel cream on top.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the dessert to set properly.
- Once set, slice into squares and serve chilled.
Serving Tip:
For an extra touch, decorate the top with crushed caramel biscuits, a drizzle of caramel sauce, or a light dusting of cocoa powder before serving
