Ingredients:
1 can (20 oz / 565 g) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 large eggs
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Method (Preparation):
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until well combined and slightly creamy.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple with its juice.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
