Spicy Glazed Chicken Wings with Creamy Chili Noodles & Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

For the Chicken Wings:

8–10 chicken wings

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

1 tbsp chili sauce (or hot sauce)

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp oil

For the Noodles:

1 pack instant noodles (discard seasoning packet if desired)

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp cooking cream or evaporated milk

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp chili oil (optional)

Chopped green onions

Chopped red chili or bell pepper

For the Eggs:

2 eggs

Salt & pepper to taste

Dried herbs or chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Eggs:

Boil the eggs in water for 7–8 minutes.

Transfer to cold water, peel, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs. Set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken Wings:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, chili sauce, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and oil.

Coat the wings well.

Pan-fry or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes, turning until golden and sticky.

Optional: Broil for 3–5 minutes for extra caramelization.

3️⃣ Make the Creamy Chili Noodles:

Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.

In the same pot, melt butter, add cream, soy sauce, chili flakes, and chili oil.

Toss noodles back in and mix well.

Add green onions and chopped chili or bell pepper.

4️⃣ Assemble the Bowl:

Place noodles in a bowl.

Add chicken wings on one side.

Add boiled eggs on the other.

Garnish with extra chili flakes or herbs.
