Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups powdered sugar

Preparation Method:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and peanut butter. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft, smooth dough forms.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment or wax paper and roll it into a thin rectangle.
  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes until firm but still flexible.
  6. Carefully remove the top paper and roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from one long edge.
  7. Wrap the log in parchment paper and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
