1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
Preparation Method:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and peanut butter. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft, smooth dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment or wax paper and roll it into a thin rectangle.
