
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 cup corn kernels
1 carrot, diced and steamed
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp chili flakes or chili oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
Stir in soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes.
Add corn and carrots, mix well for 2–3 minutes.
Toss in lettuce at the end, just until slightly wilted.
