How To Prepare Easy Bread (Perfect for Toasts & Sandwiches)

Ingredients

Cooking spray

7 large eggs, at room temperature

½ cup butter, melted and cooled

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cups blanched almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp xanthan gum

½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat

Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a silicone loaf pan with cooking spray.

  1. Mix the wet ingredients

Whisk the eggs for about 3 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
Add the melted butter and olive oil, mixing until fully combined.

  1. Combine the dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and sea salt.
Gradually add this mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until a thick batter forms.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
