Homemade Keto Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza

Crust (Fathead Dough)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp cream cheese

¾ cup almond flour

1 large egg

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Pinch of salt

🍅 Toppings

¼ cup sugar-free marinara (Rao’s or homemade)

¾ cup shredded mozzarella

10 slices pepperoni

¼ cup cooked Italian sausage crumbles

1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Oregano or crushed red pepper for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the crust

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese for 45–60 seconds.

Add almond flour, egg, and seasonings. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

Place dough between two sheets of parchment and roll into a ¼-inch thick circle.

  1. Pre-bake the crust

Transfer dough to a baking sheet or pizza pan.

Bake 8–10 minutes, until lightly golden and firm.

  1. Add the toppings

Spread marinara evenly over the crust.

Add mozzarella, pepperoni, and sausage crumbles.

Sprinkle Parmesan and oregano if desired.

  1. Bake to finish

Return to the oven for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  1. Cool & serve

Let the pizza rest 5 minutes before slicing — this helps the cheese set and keeps slices intact.
