Ingredients:
16 oz salted dry-roasted peanuts
16 oz unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
24 oz white almond bark or white chocolate
Instructions:
- Lightly grease the inside of your crockpot or line it with a slow-cooker liner.
- Add the salted peanuts and unsalted peanuts evenly to the crockpot.
- Layer the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white almond bark on top of the peanuts. Do not stir.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, checking occasionally to make sure the chocolate does not burn.
- After 2 hours, gently stir the mixture until everything is fully melted and well combined.
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the candy onto parchment or wax paper.
- Let the candy cool and set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- Once hardened, store in an airtight container until ready to serve or gift.
