Ingredients:
1 box Ritz crackers
1 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1–2 tablespoons finely chopped chives or green onions
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation Method:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, mustard (if using), and chopped chives. Mix until smooth and well blended. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Lay half of the Ritz crackers flat on a tray or clean surface.
Spread a small amount of the cheese mixture onto each cracker.
