
Ingredients:
- 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- Optional: ½ cup chopped peanuts or shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chow mein noodles (and optional peanuts or coconut) until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into small mounds.
- Let set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 20–30 minutes until firm.
