How To Prepare Biscoff Blondie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cookie butter (like Biscoff)
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Optional: 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla and cookie butter.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips or crushed Biscoff pieces if using.
  6. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
