How To Prepare Pecan Toffee Club Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 1 sleeve club crackers (about 12 crackers per row)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange club crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
  4. Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the crackers. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot crackers. Let sit for a few minutes, then spread chocolate evenly.
  7. Cool completely, then break into pieces.
