- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1½ cups crushed graham crackers (optional but adds texture)
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
- 1 tbsp shortening or coconut oil (optional, helps smooth the chocolate)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers until a thick dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate (with the shortening if using) until smooth.
- Dip each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate, letting the extra drip off.
- Place back on the lined tray and chill until set.
