How To Prepare NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1½ cups crushed graham crackers (optional but adds texture)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
  • 1 tbsp shortening or coconut oil (optional, helps smooth the chocolate)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers until a thick dough forms.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the chocolate (with the shortening if using) until smooth.
  5. Dip each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate, letting the extra drip off.
  6. Place back on the lined tray and chill until set.
