How To Prepare Creamy Eggnog Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Whipped cream and extra nutmeg for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggnog, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  5. Let the pie cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
