- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup blueberry pie filling (or fresh blueberries mixed with 1 tbsp sugar)
- 1 egg (optional, for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Prepare crescents: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Fill: Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
- Add blueberries: Spoon a small amount of blueberry filling on top.
- Roll them up: Carefully roll each triangle starting from the wide end.
- Optional: Brush with beaten egg for a golden top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar if you like.
