How To Prepare Keto Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¾ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:

½ cup butter (melted)

2 oz sugar-free dark chocolate (melted)

3 large eggs (room temperature)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Add-ins:

¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Step 1: Prep the Pan

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it well.

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

Set aside.

Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk melted butter and melted chocolate together until smooth.

Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined and slightly thick.

Step 4: Combine

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until smooth and glossy.

Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.

Step 5: Bake

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like them.
(They should still be slightly soft in the center.)
