Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

200g (7 oz) beef steak, thinly sliced (sirloin or ribeye works best)

200g (7 oz) shrimp, peeled and deveined

200g (7 oz) noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 small carrot, julienned

2 green onions, chopped

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles:

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain, toss with a little sesame oil, and set aside.

  1. Prepare the Steak & Shrimp:

In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add steak slices and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside with the steak.

  1. Sauté the Veggies:

In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.

  1. Combine & Toss:

Return steak and shrimp to the pan.

Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.

  1. Serve:

Plate the noodles and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!

Pro Tips:

Marinate the steak in a little teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes before cooking for extra flavor.

Add a splash of sriracha or chili flakes if you like a hint of heat.
