Hanky Panky Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 lb (450g) ground sausage (mild or spicy)
1 lb (450g) Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
1 package cocktail rye bread (about 2–3 dozen slices)
Instructions:
- Cook the meats
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and sausage over medium heat.
Break apart the meat and cook until browned.
Drain excess fat.
- Melt the cheese
Add the cubed Velveeta to the hot meat mixture.
Stir continuously until the cheese melts completely and becomes smooth.
- Season the mixture
Add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes if using.
Mix well until everything is combined.
