For the Chicken Wings:
8 chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne (optional)

2 cups elbow macaroni
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup whole milk
2 tbsp butter

For the Green Beans:
1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed
¼ red onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 clove garlic, minced

Green Beans: Sauté onions and garlic in oil or butter. Add green beans, season, and cook for 8–10 minutes until tender but still snappy.
