How To Prepare Kershy’s Keto Cups

These little beauties are packed with flavor and so easy to make! I mixed together:

Eggs

Bell peppers

Chicken sausages

Spinach

Olives

Cheddar cheese

Garlic

A drizzle of avocado oil

Poured the mixture into a muffin tray and baked them for 15–20 minutes until perfectly golden and fluffy.

Served them with a fresh cucumber, spinach & tomato slaw, and OMG… absolutely delicious.
