Caramel Cheesecake – A Simple & Luxurious No-Bake Treat

Ingredients

250g Digestive biscuits, crushed

100g unsalted butter, melted

Caramel sauce, enough to generously cover the base

Whipped double cream (sweetened to taste)

Galaxy Minis, grated for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust:

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Place the digestive biscuits in a food-safe bag and crush them using a rolling pin until fine.

Add the crushed biscuits to the melted butter and mix until well combined.

  1. Form the base:

Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform cake tin.

Place it in the refrigerator for at least 30–45 minutes, or until fully set.

  1. Add the caramel layer:

Once the base is firm, spread a generous layer of caramel sauce evenly over the top.

  1. Top with whipped cream:

Spoon or pipe the whipped double cream over the caramel layer.

  1. Finish with chocolate:

Grate Galaxy Minis over the top for a rich, chocolatey finish.

  1. Chill & serve:

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice, enjoy, and watch it disappear!
