Crust Ingredients
1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
¼ cup Swerve confectioners
½ tsp salt
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
Instructions:
Mix all crust ingredients together until a dough forms.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Press the chilled dough into your tart pans or muffin tins.
Filling Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese
1 whole egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp Swerve confectioners
Instructions:
Blend all filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Add fresh blueberries on top of the pressed crust.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the blueberries.
Bake
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until the tops turn golden.
Let cool completely, then enjoy!
