Loaded Chicken Fajita Bowl with Peppers, Guac & Cheese

For the Chicken Fajita

1 large chicken breast, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp chili powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper

For the Veggies

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

½ onion, sliced

1 tsp olive oil

Salt & pepper

Sides & Toppings

¼ cup salsa

¼ cup guacamole

¼ cup sour cream

¼–½ cup shredded cheddar & Monterey Jack blend

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Cook the Fajita Veggies

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add peppers and onions, season with salt & pepper.

Sauté 6–8 minutes until soft and slightly charred.

Cook the Chicken

Season sliced chicken with fajita spices.

In the same skillet, cook chicken for 6–7 minutes, flipping until browned and cooked through.

Plate the Bowl

Add chicken, peppers & onions to your plate.

Top with cheese, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
