Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup crushed salted potato chips
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. - Melt the white chocolate:
Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
(You can also melt it using a double boiler on the stove.)
- Add walnuts and chips:
Stir the chopped walnuts and crushed potato chips into the melted chocolate until everything is well coated. - Form clusters:
