Bagel Bits: The Addictive Crunchy Snack You Didn’t Know You Needed

These crispy, crunchy, perfectly seasoned Bagel Bits are the snack you’ll find yourself reaching for again and again! Ingredients

4 plain bagels (or any flavor you like)

4 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the bagels
    Slice the bagels into bite-sized cubes. Try to keep them roughly the same size so they bake evenly.
  3. Make the seasoning mixture
    In a large bowl, mix together:

Melted butter

Olive oil

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Parsley

Italian seasoning

Paprika

Salt and pepper

  1. Coat the bagel pieces
    Add the bagel cubes to the bowl and toss until every piece is fully coated in the buttery seasoning.
  2. Bake until crispy
    Spread the seasoned bagel bits onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
    Bake for 20–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
  3. Optional parmesan finish
    If using Parmesan, sprinkle it on during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  4. Cool & enjoy
    Let them cool completely — they get even crunchier as they cool! Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
