Ingredients
4 plain bagels (or any flavor you like)
4 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan for extra flavor
Instructions
- Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). - Prepare the bagels
Slice the bagels into bite-sized cubes. Try to keep them roughly the same size so they bake evenly. - Make the seasoning mixture
In a large bowl, mix together:
Melted butter
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Parsley
Italian seasoning
Paprika
Salt and pepper
- Coat the bagel pieces
Add the bagel cubes to the bowl and toss until every piece is fully coated in the buttery seasoning. - Bake until crispy
Spread the seasoned bagel bits onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crunchy. - Optional parmesan finish
If using Parmesan, sprinkle it on during the last 5 minutes of baking. - Cool & enjoy
