Blackened Salmon & Shrimp with Cheesy Broccoli

Blackened Salmon:

2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp cayenne

Salt to taste

Seasoned Shrimp:

10–12 shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper

Cheesy Broccoli:

2 cups broccoli florets

1/2 cup shredded cheddar (or mozzarella)

Salt & pepper

Extras:

Lemon & lime slices for serving

Season the Salmon
Mix the spices and rub onto both sides of the salmon.
Pan-sear in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until blackened and flaky.

Cook the Shrimp
Toss shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sear in a hot pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Make the Cheesy Broccoli
Steam broccoli for 4–5 minutes until tender.
Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle cheese on top while warm to melt slightly.

Assemble the Plate
Arrange salmon, shrimp, and cheesy broccoli.
Add fresh lemon and lime slices on the side.
