Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Creamy Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
2 large ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped strawberries (or other fruit of choice)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup whipped cream (for garnish)
Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Make the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined. Press it into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even layer. Refrigerate the crust while you prepare the other layers.
Prepare the Creamy Layer:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, creating a fluffy and smooth layer.
Assemble the Dessert:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust. Layer the sliced bananas on top of the creamy layer, followed by the drained crushed pineapple and chopped strawberries.
Top the Dessert:
Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the fruit layer (if using), and drizzle with chocolate syrup for added sweetness. Top with a generous layer of whipped cream, and garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 3 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set. Slice and serve chilled.
