How to prepare Keto Zucchini Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

3 zucchinis, sliced into rounds

½ jar low-carb marinara sauce

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Your favorite pizza spices (Italian seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, etc.)

Extras (for topping)

¼ cup shredded mozzarella

¼ cup grated parmesan

5 slices cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, marinara sauce, ¾ cup mozzarella, and spices. Mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the extra mozzarella, parmesan, and chopped bacon over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.

Allow to cool slightly, then serve.
