How To Prepare Low-Carb PizzaBase

1 low-carb tortilla (I used the Aldi brand — 4g net carbs)

Toppings

Rosso pesto (or your favorite low-carb pizza sauce)

Fresh sliced mozzarella

Shredded parmesan

Sliced baby bella mushrooms

Fresh basil, chopped

Pink salt

Black pepper

Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

Place your low-carb tortilla on a baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of Rosso pesto over the tortilla.

Add fresh mozzarella slices, parmesan, mushrooms, and any extra toppings you like.

Season with pink salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Bake at 350°F for about 7 minutes.

Finish by placing it under the broiler for 1–3 minutes, or cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly to your liking.
