Keto Almond Flour Brownies

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

5 tbsp butter, softened

1 3/4 cups granulated sweetener (monk fruit or erythritol)

3/4 cup cocoa powder

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the softened butter, sweetener, eggs, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth and well combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

If using, fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out just clean.

Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
