Crustless Pizza

This is such a simple and delicious way to enjoy all the flavors of pizza—without the crust!

How I Made It

Create the “Crust”
Spread a layer of cheese on the bottom of your baking pan.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, at whatever temperature you prefer, until the cheese is melted (or slightly crisp if you like it that way).

Cook the Meat
Brown your meats of choice.

Mix With Sauce
Combine the cooked meat with a low-carb pasta or pizza sauce.

Build the Pizza
Spoon the meat-and-sauce mixture over the baked cheese layer.
Bake again for 8–10 minutes.

Add Toppings
Top with your favorite pizza additions—pepperoni, olives, peppers, more cheese, anything you love!
Return to the oven for another 8–10 minutes until everything is hot and melty.
