Protein-Packed Steak & Avocado Power Plate with Fresh Salad & Boiled Eggs

A clean, energizing, and nutrient-dense plate featuring tender steak strips, creamy avocado, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, lime wedges, and perfectly boiled eggs. Paired with a refreshing fruit juice, this meal is ideal for a hearty breakfast, post-workout fuel, or a balanced lunch.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
For the Steak

1 steak strip (sirloin, flank, or ribeye), cooked and sliced

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Salt & pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Optional: squeeze of lime

For the Salad

1 small handful lettuce, chopped

1 medium tomato, sliced

1 lime, halved

Salt & pepper

Optional: drizzle of olive oil

For the Avocado

1 ripe avocado, halved and sliced

Pinch of salt

For the Boiled Eggs

3–4 eggs

Salt & pepper

For the Juice

Fresh watermelon or strawberry juice (optional addition to meal)

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Cook the Steak

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high.

Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cook 3–4 minutes per side until browned and tender.

Slice and set aside with a squeeze of lime.

Boil the Eggs

Place eggs in water and bring to a boil.

Cook 9–10 minutes for firm yolks.

Cool, peel, and set on the plate.

Prepare the Avocado & Salad

Slice avocado and sprinkle lightly with salt.

Mix lettuce and tomatoes, season with salt & pepper, and squeeze fresh lime if desired.

Assemble the Plate

Add steak slices, boiled eggs, avocado, and salad.

Serve with lime wedges and a fresh juice on the side.
