Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Stackers


Ingredients:

For the chocolate oat base:
1 1/2 cups (135 g) old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup (25 g) cocoa powder
1/3 cup (110 g) honey or maple syrup
1/3 cup (80 g) peanut butter
1/4 cup (60 ml) melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

For the peanut butter layer:
1/2 cup (120 g) creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp (14 g) melted coconut oil
Pinch of salt

For the chocolate shell:
1 cup (170 g) dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp (14 g) coconut oil
