
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
12 slices bacon
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne.
Wrap each chicken tender with one slice of bacon, securing the ends underneath.
Roll each wrapped tender in the brown sugar mixture, coating generously.
Arrange chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until bacon is crispy and sugar is caramelized.
Let cool 3–5 minutes before serving to allow glaze to set.
