Hello wonderful friends! Today, let’s whisk ourselves away to the sunny Mediterranean with a recipe that’s incredibly simple, bursting with flavor, and perfect for a delightful meal. These Air Fryer Mediterranean Lamb Chops are tender, juicy, and so easy to make, they’ll become a family favorite!

This recipe is designed to be fuss-free and wonderfully delicious. Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients:

4-6 lamb loin chops (about 1-inch thick)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Lamb:
Pat your lamb chops dry with a paper towel. This helps them get a nice sear.

  1. Make the Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried rosemary, and garlic powder. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the Chops:
Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish or a zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over them and gently toss to ensure each chop is well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15-20 minutes at room temperature, or up to a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat Your Air Fryer:Set your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  4. Air Fry the Chops:
Arrange the marinated lamb chops in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Be sure not to overcrowd it; cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Cook to Perfection:
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping the chops halfway through. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of your chops and how well-done you like your lamb. For medium-rare, aim for around 10 minutes. For medium, closer to 12 minutes.
  6. Rest and Serve:
Once cooked, carefully remove the lamb chops from the air fryer. Let them rest on a plate for about 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, making them extra tender.
  7. Garnish and Enjoy!
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired. These chops are wonderful served with a fresh Greek salad, roasted vegetables, or your favorite side dish.
