
Ingredients
Precooked chicken strips (store-bought or homemade)
1 steamer bag of broccoli
Sliced roasted garlic cloves (optional)
Olive oil or butter
Cauliflower florets or pre-riced cauliflower
Instructions
Prep the cauliflower rice:
If using florets, pulse them in a food processor until they resemble rice.
If using pre-riced cauliflower, you can skip this step.
Cook the broccoli:
Steam the broccoli according to the package directions until tender.
Cook the chicken:
For precooked strips: warm them in a skillet.
For raw chicken: cook in a skillet with olive oil or butter until fully done. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the garlic:
In the same skillet, add more oil or butter if needed and sauté the roasted garlic slices until fragrant.
Cook the cauliflower rice:
Add the cauliflower to the skillet and cook until tender and rice-like.
Combine everything:
Add the cooked chicken and steamed broccoli to the skillet. Toss until well mixed and heated through.
Season:
Add salt, pepper, and any additional herbs or spices you love.
