How To Prepare Pizza Chips

A super easy, delicious, extremely low-carb snack — total win!

Ingredients

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Parmesan cheese, shredded

Pepperoni slices

Italian seasoning

Rao’s marinara, warmed (for dipping)

Mini muffin pan

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place one pepperoni slice in each muffin cup.

Sprinkle a little Parmesan on top.

Add a layer of mozzarella.

Finish with a dash of Italian seasoning.

If you want them extra thick and cheesy, repeat steps 2–5 to double them up!

Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is golden.

Serve warm with heated Rao’s marinara for dipping.
