Ingredients
Base & Mix
▪️ 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
▪️ 4 cups mini marshmallows
▪️ ½ cup unsalted butter
▪️ ½ cup creamy peanut butter (optional for extra richness)
▪️ 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
▪️ 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
▪️ ½ tsp vanilla extract
Topping
▪️ 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Pan
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Set aside.
2️⃣ Melt Butter & Marshmallows
In a large saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter (if using) over medium heat.
Add 4 cups mini marshmallows, stir constantly until smooth and melted.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Combine Cereal & Graham Crumbs
Stir in graham cracker crumbs until fully mixed.
Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until coated evenly with the marshmallow mixture.
4️⃣ Add Chocolate Chips
Gently fold in chocolate chips, distributing evenly throughout.
5️⃣ Press into Pan
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Press down evenly with a spatula don’t over-press or it’ll be too compact.
6️⃣ Add Marshmallow Topping
Sprinkle remaining mini marshmallows over the top.
Place under a broiler for 1–2 minutes until golden and toasted.
Watch carefully to avoid burning!
7️⃣ Cool & Serve
Let treats cool completely before cutting into squares.
Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle extra graham crumbs on top for extra s’mores goodness.
