4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 red chili, sliced (optional for heat)
6 cups mixed leafy greens (bok choy, spinach, Chinese broccoli, or kale)
2 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste
